House Cup Espresso Martini
There are many different ways to create a delicious espresso martini. But this is our way highlighting the House Cup Cold Brew Concentrate, available for purchase at the House Cup Café in Havertown.
- Coffee - 1-1/2 oz of House Cup Coffee Concentrate
- Vodka - 1 oz Plain or Vanilla
- Coffee Liquor - 1 oz Mr. Black or similar
- Simple Syrup - 1/4 oz, demerara preferred
- Fresh Lemon Peel
- 3 Coffee Beans
Place a martini glass in the freezer. Put all but the lemon peel in a cocktail shaker with ice and mix vigorously for 30-45 seconds. Strain into the cold martini glass. Squeeze a fresh lemon peel over the drink to release the oils and discard. Place three coffee beans on top (only 3 for good luck!). And enjoy!

SOME OPTIONS
There are lots of ways to make an espresso martini. Here are some additional suggestions for making a variation on the recipe above:
- Some like it with rum or cognac or tequila instead of vodka.
- If you like it sweeter, use Kahlua instead of Mr. Black (but reduce the simple syrup).
- If you like it creamier, use Baileys in place of Mr. Black.
Make it your own. But enjoy it with friends. Cheers!
