Based on a classic "mocha java" recipe, this coffee has nothing to do with chocolate as the name might imply. Instead the word "mocha" comes from the port of "Al-Makha" in what is now Yemen. To make Harmony, we blend our light roasted, fruity Ethiopia with our dark roasted, earthy Indonesian coffee to make a "complementary opposite" coffee. It's surprising delicious, not too heavy, not too light - just right. Delightfully harmonious!
